The product's Vickers hardness can reach 1250-1400 kgf/mm²;
The product's Mohs hardness can reach 8.5 (diamond hardness is 10), effectively preventing scratches on metals and glass.
2. High Strength and Toughness
According to the national standard GB/T, the product's bending strength reaches up to 1000 MPa;
A 0.08mm thick product has a drop impact resistance exceeding 150mm.
3. Electrical Insulation
The specific resistivity is as high as 1015 Ω∙m, providing no shielding effect on electromagnetic signals and completely unaffecting antenna layout.
4. High Dielectric Strength
The high relative dielectric constant is over three times that of sapphire, enabling capacitive fingerprint recognition sensors to efficiently capture fingerprint signals.
5. Chemical Corrosion Resistance
It has excellent chemical stability and can withstand long-term use in harsh environments, including those containing acids, bases, and salts, with the exception of hydrofluoric acid and glass solutions, without corrosion.
